The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very nice and clean. We had a misunderstanding with the room reservation, but the staff provided us with an extra bed without any fees. The location is good, with a metro station right next to the hotel. Breakfast is good, although it could use more vegan/vegetarian options. The parking is free and the staff is friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Sena at the reception. She guided us throughout our stay, recommending places to visit, shop, and eat, making our trip more nice. The location was convenient, with the metro, metrobus, and bus stations just a 3-minute walk away. There was also a suburban rail station within a 15-minute walk. The hotel was close to the city center and main attractions, making it easy to explore this city. The room was clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities and Wi-Fi were also great.

The staff are really good, going above and beyond. Sena made our stay seamless. The breakfast was amazing every day. Great location near the metro and hospital. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good variety of breakfast options. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
